How to get the look:

When hair is damp, apply a spray-on texturizer. Blow-dry hair so it's smooth, or let it dry naturally so it is wavy or curly. "Then, take the hair that would normally rest against the sides of your face and pull up and back," says Garren. Attach these two sections and secure with a hairpin or elastic band.
